WIRELESS SERVICE CONTRRACT MANAGEMENT & MONITORING
One Source Mobile will oversee the management of the contracts and services agreement with any and all Wireless Carriers that you are currently utilizing. One Source Mobile will keep on file accurate copies of the wireless service agreements, contracts, and other records with wireless carriers that specify the pricing, terms and conditions of wireless services provided.

We Will Provide The Following Services

• Monitor key events associated with wireless service contracts and agreements including, but not limited to: expiration dates, annual review dates, thresholds for additional discounts, notification deadlines for various contract or agreement options, etc…The provider should provide the agency PO, COR, COTR, or designated representative a listing of the upcoming key events with potential recommended actions on at least a quarterly basis.
• Monitor spending levels, service line counts, or other measurable indicators. The intent will be to track your company’s attainment of any commitment levels or spending obligations. The provider will advise the agency of strategies to address potential shortfall scenarios
• Meet regularly with your company to develop strategy and guidance for dealing with carrier contract related issues, practical strategies for achieving optimal pricing or service terms, and methods to maximize negotiation strength with wireless carriers.
• Advise your company on how your contracts or agreements might be impacted by changes in the wireless telecommunications industry or by new wireless service offerings and assist with developing strategies to include new, terminate old, technical services into their carrier contracts or agreements

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESOURCES:

A projects success is dependent on the people and team managing the project. Before the commencement of Services under this SOW, One Source Mobile will appoint a Project Manager who will be responsible for overall management of One Source Mobile’s portion of the project.

The Project Manager for One Source Mobile will work with your company’s personnel to define project resources and timelines, perform project reviews, coordinate personnel, ensure performance and service delivery to manage, track, and coordinate all project resources in way that will allow both parties to accomplish the tasks outlined in this SOW. This includes the management of day-to-day project activities. The One Source Mobile project team will meet with your company on a regular basis in person and via the phone. In these meetings, One Source Mobile will provide the following information: Number of devices managed under the contract, number of dollars spent on wireless management, number of minutes/kilobytes used, and savings attributed to the services performed by One Source Mobile.

Finally, the One Source Mobile’s Project Manager will serve as One Source Mobile’s primary point of contact for your company.
