  • Advise your company on how your mobile device contracts or cellular agreements might be impacted by changes in the wireless telecommunications industry or by new wireless service offerings and assist with developing strategies to include new, or terminate old, technical services into their carrier contracts or agreements

These are just a few of the successful projects that we have managed recently:

  • Rolled out 385 Sprint devices onsite to Fortune 25 Company. This was an onsite operation that we managed all implementation strategy, ordering, delivery, accessories, and training on phone, hardware, and corporate policy. This all needed to be fulfilled over a two day period. We implemented all services without any issues. We actually did this on three separate occasions because we were the ones who rolled the initial devices and we also rolled out an upgrade of all devices as well. Over 1,115 total devices rolled out over three separate occasions.
  • Assisted a Partner that had won a Fortune 100 corporate deal with full implementation of their account. We were brought in at the request of the Sprint Direct Sales team. They knew the rollout would be difficult and that the company what had won the business would not be able to fulfill the needs of the customer without gaining upfront help on how to create the implementation plan and order process. We created the entire fulfillment plan and implemented services. This was for 1800 devices.
  • Converted 1100 AT&T devices from individual liable to corporate liable for a Fortune 1000 Customer. We handled all per implementation strategy, built a customized portal for orders and information collection, placed all orders, handle all order issues and help desk, provided training (on site, and with all orders), and we provided detail reporting and status updates daily via our project management services
  • Saved a Fortune 500 Client with 856 devices $86,000.00 on their initial bill audit. Then proceeded to save the Client an additional $225,000.00 on the year.
  • Rolled out over 621 Blackberry’s to a Fortune 500 Bank. This included implementation planning, order placement, order support, and customized internal reporting to the Customer. We also had to provide onsite support for this implementation. This included process and planning, roll out of devices, and training on all devices. We developed a customized training tool that allowed the customers end users to get training information live on their Blackberry device. This application was developed by our internal development team.
  • Implemented 1300 phones within a 20 day span for a large internationally based Fortune 100 Customer. This came about as we were referred to the Customer via a Major Us Carrier. We were given 30 days to implement all devices; we did it in 20 days. We did all project management, implementation strategy, ordering, reporting, ordering, order resolution; we performed audits on the corporate list to make sure the Customers list were accurate and not duplicated. This included onsite support as well
  • Implementation of 431 phones where we transitioned new employees based on a corporate buy out. This was a Fortune 1000 company. We did all of the required work on both the project management side and the ordering side. The work was completed within a 14 days period without any issues. We did all pre implementation planning, order entry, order fulfillment, order issues resolution, reporting, etc. We also provided onsite support at multiple locations.
  • We were awarded a national contract with a Fortune 300 company to handle 975 conversions from personal liable to corporate liable. This included order placement, order support, and customized internal reporting to the Customer. We also had to provide onsite support for this implementation.
  • Aided a Fortune 500 Company in an emergency response situation. The customer’s Disaster Recovery team was called to respond to Hurricane. We provided an order for over 1200 accessories. The order was placed at 1:45 on Friday and shipped at 3:30 the same day.
  • Prevented a major fraud situation via our auditing services. The Fortune 500 Customer was utilizing One Source Mobile exclusively for all orders. During a customary One Source Mobile bill review, Auditors noticed 65 devices had been ordered through the Carriers 800 sales line which had been restricted by this customer. One Source Mobile immediately alerted the customer and the carrier to the situation. They phones were being blitzed to illegally call the Dominican Republic. The total cost was $31,000.00 One Source Mobile has the devices deactivated, and secured a credit for the customer from the carrier.
  • We have provided professional services to some of the largest managed service providers in the country to help them with implementation of large scale sales and to do implementation of transitions projects. We are one of the most sought after third party companies in the country when it comes to large scale wireless implementations, project management, and consulting.
  • Implemented 1700 data cards for a Federal Government account. The project was under a very tight time frame with a five day order completion timeline. One Source Mobile received the order at 5:00 pm on December 23rd and completed all orders within 14 hours
  • Implemented 1400 data cards for a Federal Government Account. We developed an implementation project plan, received and batch all orders, entered all orders and provided customized reporting on all aspects of the order to the Customer and the Carrier National Account Manager, and brought the order to full completion all within eight hours of receiving the order.
  • Implemented 500 data cards for a Federal Government Account. We developed the implementation project plan, received and batch all orders, entered all orders and provided customized reporting on all aspects of the order to the Customer and the Carrier National Account Manager, and brought the order to full completion all within three hours of receiving the order.
